4. Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Juya app's bonus offers are a special benefit for our users. Each bonus comes with specific terms, and failure to follow them may result in the bonus being forfeited. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

To qualify for the welcome bonus offered to new members, your first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is typically 10x to 30x — meaning you must wager an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by the specified factor before a withdrawal can be made.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• For referral bonuses, the referred person must actively place bets.

5. Betting Rules

Before placing any bet on juya app, every user should familiarise themselves with the betting rules. Not knowing the rules can lead to unintentional mistakes and result in bets being voided.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• If incorrect odds are offered due to a technical error, Juya App reserves the right to void the affected bet.

5.2 Maximum Win Limit

Each bet has a maximum payout limit, which may vary depending on the game type and market. Maximum payout limits also apply to large accumulator bets.

6. Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Juya App to maintain a fair environment. Any of the following will result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Placing artificial bets to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Accessing another user's account without their permission.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Juya app reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice. However, in cases of terms violations, a warning is typically issued first.

7.1 If the User Wishes to Close Their Account

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closure. Please note that reopening a closed account may involve additional steps.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is juya app's top priority. Data collected during registration is used solely for account management, verification, and service improvement. We never sell your information to third parties.
